Sustainability and energy efficiency of the real estate sector is an important goal for ELTINGA. To contribute this, we have carried out numerous research on the relationship between house prices and energy characteristics. In 2021, we linked distinct databases of energy efficiency certificates and housing prices in an innovative way. The resulted data was analysed in a joint study with the National Statistical Office of Hungary and the Hungarian Energy Efficiency Institute.
