AVM and landmark innovations in the Hungarian market

We are always excited to work on innovative services that bring value to customers who come from different areas of the business, regulatory and academic world.

• In 2009 we constructed the methodology of a national housing price index for FHB Mortgage Bank Ltd. We also advised the Statistical Office of Hungary and the National Bank in this field.
• We built a commercial space price index in cooperation with RICS.
• We contributed to campaign of FHB and Mito Family by constructing the Family-Friendly Neighbourhood Index.
• In the last decade, we have been working on the wider topic of automatic valuation methods (AVM) for residential real estate, resulting in a number of academic publications, invited talks and innovative solutions.
• Ever since 2012 we have actively been researching how energy efficiency of the built environment interacts with residential real estate prices.
