Áron Horváth, PhD.
founder
Economist. He graduated and earned his economics PhD. from the Corvinus University of Budapest. After the university years, he started to work as an investment manager at a private company. Later, he joined the National Bank of Hungary as a modeller. He left the National Bank in 2010, and founded ELTINGA Centre for Real Estate Research. He developed and teaches a university course on urban and real estate economics. He tutored numerous students in writing about the real estate market. Currently, he's involved in the non-typical projects of the center.

Dóra Barát
analyst
Economist. She has been working at ELTINGA since obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics. She is continuously training herself. She has become an advanced python data analyst and knows more and more about real estate data. He often supports ELTINGA's methodologically intensive projects with python programming, participates in development and data management.

Tünde Madurovicz-Tancsics

Economist. She's graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest. During his university years he started to work in the real estate market as an analyst for Portfolio.hu. Later on, he was also involved in ELTINGA's research and since 2015 she has been a permanent member of the ELTINGA team. Currently, she leads projects on various topics, and manages the team of five.

Gábor Révész, PhD.

Economist. He graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest, then obtained his Master's and later his PhD from the Central European University. In his PhD thesis, he wrote several chapters on real estate market issues. Within ELTINGA, he is responsible for ensuring that our statistical valuation model provides our partners with the most accurate values possible.

Zoltán Sápi

Economist, geographer. He started working at ELTINGA during his university years. For a short period, he also worked as a junior researcher in the Institute of Economics of Hungarian Academy of Sciences. At the ELTINGA, he is responsible for analyses and data on the new housing market.
