ELTINGA is the methodological centre of the EECFA (Eastern European Construction Forecasting Association). The association provides construction industry forecasts for specific sectors in eight countries – Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Turkey. EECFA covers a total of 15 market and non-market sectors. The developed methodology was presented in various international conferences.
