On behalf of the Balaton Development Council, we have carried out several comprehensive real estate market analyses of the Lake Balaton area. In addition to general market trends, we also followed the housing construction boom in the lake area in recent years. Since the beginning of our cooperation, we have also conducted research to find answers to a number of other questions. These have included the positive and negative impact of waterfront developments on the neighbourhood, and the situation of closed gardens under pressure from the growing housing market.
